I had a great experience at the new Embarc location on Mack Rd. I worked with Jason and I’ve never been able to to ask so many questions and actually be answered with genuine patience and knowledge. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND over Symbiotic, and Cookies, etc.

Johnny was super helpful. Knowledgeable and kept my request in mind. Didn’t push up selling but was straight up about what was better. Solid advice on different product types. Very humble person but man knows his industry.

Went in to get vape batteries. Ordered two Heavy Hitters variable voltage and a .01 cent promotion. I was told that it should have not been on the website. I was told that I would get a 20% off first time customer. Did not get. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Went in for the first time on Friday around 5:30pm, I was expecting it to be busy but it wasn’t :) The first thing I noticed was how nice, clean and organized it was inside, Mada was so quick to welcome us in and help out. He pulled out some prerolls for me to look at and suggested a few. Mada also helped me sign up for a rewards program so I will definitely be returning!
