I bought my hookah from here last week and I've been using it every night since then. I'm even using it right now writing this review! The people here are great and friendly and I recommend even just stopping by to check out the place. I buy all my flavors here and they even know my order before I get to the counter! Keep up the great work guys!

This place is great!!! The service is so warm and welcoming and the staff knowledgeable. I love the parrot and the bull dogs. So cute. Just went in today to buy a vape and they made sure I was comfortable with the product knowing how to fill charge and adjust the settings. Amazing.

Do not waste your time coming here. I would give her 0 if i could. The principle of the fact. The lady is lazy and rude. You can see how frustrated she is when you come in and she has to get her self up out the comfy rocking chair. The lady behind the counter has little patience for being in a customer service position. She even said how much she can't stand kids when i commented on how cute her little dogs are. She acts like you coming in there to spend your hard earned money is a burden to her. She is not knowledgeable about the smoking accessories she has in her shop. She just wants to hurry up and make a sale. I bought a scale here. And a little one hitter sneak a toke.. Around 30. She had a whole little weight set up to see if the scale is was on point. It was bouncing. Finally got it to weigh up 5.0 weight.. I thought it was good. I got home about a half hour later and it was somehow off. Lucky I did not drive back up there. I called and the lady said there was nothing she could do. That she did not have the weight to recalibrate it for me even though she sales weights. I pointed out that she had enough weight to help me out. She said that all sales are final and she couldn't help me.. Umm she acts like I wanted to exchange it. Or get a refund. Just wanted her to try and help me on a product that was defective from her establishment. She said contact the factory. Man i would hate to see how helpful she would be if I spent $50.. I was going to buy some other things from them even though they are pretty expensive for what is mostly china made glass pieces.. I even told her I would refer people over here when they asked me. She said she did not need my help. A little rude. Pretty confident. You decide. After all how much is one hour of your working time worth that you will be spending on something that you hope works or lasts? There is a smoke shop a little farther up Auburn with hand blown local and custom pieces. People that really appreciate your business. Plus the prices are considerably lower. Knowledgeable younger staff. Honey Vape and Smoke Shop at the corner of Auburn and Garfield. Or check out Hot Spots at the corner of Madison and Manzanita. Trust me you will thank me later.

The lady was so stuck in her chair all she could do was shout a “hi” from it. Has a few things on display that they don’t even offer anymore and they don’t sell tobacco products. Just go a few doors down to the liquor store where they have a literally everything and a lot better customer service.

However I cannot speak for their prices on glass pieces I was so turned off by the laziness I didn’t even care to look.

Fall of 2015 I purchased what was suppose to be a vaporizer. When I made the purchase the box had been opened yet was still sold as new. Because I had never owned a more sophisticated vaporizer before, I asked for instructions pertaining to its proper use. While I was told of some of the more obvious features, the clerk did not give me a complete explanation of the various parts and about actual usage. After getting home I attempted to use the item, only to find out it wasn't really vaporizing at all since the item was causing combustion and the residue left was burnt and black instead of a golden to lighter brown and not burnt. I immediately called. The owner told me she could not take the item back nor did she want it back because it could not be re-sold.

She was very rude over the phone and talked over me as well as being extremely unhelpful. She instructed me to contact the manufacturer. So I did. They weren't rude however they weren't much helpful nor did they take responsibility for an inferior product. Instead they told us they believed the combustion issue coukd be minimized by sending us a glass piece to be placed into the vaporizer. I never received the item. At this point I was upset and wanted a refund. I contacted my bank who promptly worked with me to refund my money under the circumstances. I was getting conflicting stories from the retailer and from my bank about returning the item.

So I waited. Soon the retailer, Sunshine Smoke Shop called and demanded the item be returned. Her demeanor was threatening. I later went into the shop to make another purchase and at this time, the owner, a large boisterous woman followed after ne to m6 car and would not allow me to leave, saying she was going to call the police on me and that I had property of hers that I had not returned. I tried to explain to her that I was not under any impression that I owed her anything. She began calling me a liar and stood behind my car and physically blocked me from leaving. I told her to call the poluce because I had done nothing wrong. She finally moved her big body away from behind my car. I am all abiut 5'1 and 115lbs. While she appeared to be over 5'8 and her weight was big.

After I got home and realized she h3ld me as a prisoner against my will and was confrontational. I called the police on her to file a complaint.

Jordan is cool as hell and helped me get what I need when the old owners didn't. I'll be coming back!
