Over the last 4 months kratom shop has changed so bad it's under New Management it is terrible they have screwed up on all our shipping orders and everything else you can't even get service when you go in there it's the most ridiculous place I would recommend some place else

My husband introduced me to kratom about a year ago , I was struggling with pain and couldn't find relief. PPT has been a beacon of light, the staff over all is friendly and helpful the blonde haired woman is amazing ( don't recall her name.) I would love it if a closer location would open, but until then I'm happy to make the drive.

This shop used to have the best product....since they moved they have gone downhill...fast. The young people working there are rude and are to busy watching cartoons and giggling to take care of customers! You can no longer get the kratom and I've sometimes wondered what i really getting...overall, the quality too has gone downhill...very disappointed in the way this place turned out..
