This shop is a cool little spot that’s got a bunch of items for everybody. Max was at the desk when I came in, was very inviting and he had a smile on his face the whole time. He showed me the many different options in glass and the discount shelves which still had some fire selection. Max gave me opinions on what he thinks would make my experience better in the long run and told me about items they had that I could come get at a later time if needed. He was very helpful and friendly and I’ll definitely make a trip back there.

Great products, better people. Isaac goes above and beyond and so I go out of my way to shop at royal pipes. No matter who is behind the counter they are knowledgeable and kind and have great banter. They started treating me like a regular after only a couple visits. This is definitely my last night (wink)! so won’t need to come through as often but will stop by just for Isaac’s “hilarious” jokes.

Loved the wide selection of product on the shelves, in addition Nae was very helpful and very sweet. She was also able to help me get the disposable I'd been looking for for a while. The other training cashier their was also very nice and helpful and both are really down to earth. Wasn't able to grab his name but thank you both Nae and mystery employee.

I love this store. They have the best price on wraps and vape’s. Nae is amazing. Always friendly and she greets me by name every time I come into the store. I also love the fact that she told me how good the thc drinks are and she wasn’t lying.

Im a long time visitor of royals, and I actually love this place it’s one of the best smoke shops I’ve ever been to. However recently there has been multiple employees who have been overcharging me and some other customers up to $20 extra on the final price, and when you tell them the math is wrong they argue with you and don’t want to change the price to what the correct price should be.
