Max stayed open late for me and was just a super nice easy to talk to Guy knowledgeable about products in the store indefinitely same the day and or night for me when he absolutely didn't have to especially in a industry where most competitors the customer service is mostly subpar at best if not down right rude at worst so it's definitely refreshing you have an experience like that these days with how far and few between those experiences truly have become

Max was the man, I don't know when they hired this guy, but he was fantastic. Knew his stuff, hooked me up with everything I needed, and was funny and nice the entire time. 10/10 would recomend coming to royals to get your smoke needs!
