Great place and always a pleasant interaction with the employees. My only complaint (I do understand the change in policy due to the pandemic) but I’m a little confused as to how the online ordering takes so long? I was the only one in the parking lot aside from one other gentleman who had ordered online as well. Expecting to go in next I walked to the window only to be asked to step back outside as 3 other people who showed up 10 mins after me were let in first. Not trying to whine just wanted to express my curiosity as to why you’d order online ahead of time to quicken the process only to have to wait just as long if not longer than people who don’t order online? Other than that I have absolutely no complaints and I LOVE this dispensary! Thanks to all the bud tenders for your hard work and awesome attitudes during the craziness!

The manager was way rude to everyone in the store, by yelling she not doing points when she's busy.i have video of her saying to a customer I canceled your order because it was 7grams of different types . If it's not a 50$order it's not a sale! But your grams are 12 to 18 $ a gram? I love all the workers because of them I stayed and made my 400 dollar purchase, if not for them I would have left and went elsewhere!!!!!

I used to love coming here, but now I’m not so sure. They environment seems to have really changed. Management seems to be really toxic and it’s affecting the entire environment, which makes me really sad because my sister and I chose RMC as our primary dispensary because we loved the environment and the people. We were EXTREMELY surprised and disappointed to find that our absolute favorite bud tender, Brynn, was fired not too long ago. Any company who would fire an employee like her needs to seriously look at their values.
