I buy the Dreamsicle Oil in a dropper bottle and the Pain Relief Salve. One dropper before bed and I sleep through the night - which I don't normally. The salve works for my lower back ache in the morning. I reach around both sides to put it on. By the time I'm done, there's much less ache. Now it could be the stretching and rubbing. I can't imagine that stuff goes through the skin that quickly.
