I'm solely placing a 3 star on the fact that the interior was really nice. However, when I entered, there was only 1 employee and she was helping another couple. I was not ever acknowledged or told hey I'll be right with you. I understand she had probably been working with this couple for a while as it sounded like they were puchasing a mod and I understand that is pretty detailed and takes a lot of time. I stood by the juices because I already knew what I wanted, and thought maybe she will see me? I stood there for quite a bit waiting at least for an acknowledgement so I could tell her I'll be real quick, have no questions, just needed juice. Nope. I had my dog in the car, had to walk quite a ways from my parking spot. So, after a few more minutes, I left. Im not saying stop what youre doing to help me,
but at least some eye contact, or some kind of acknowledgement would have been nice. This was my first time here in Boulder so I'm not familiar with any of these places. So, I went to another shop right down the next street, was greeted immediately and was out the door in 3 minutes. The Up'n Smoke was real pretty on the inside and had what seemed good prices. Probably just short staffed on a Saturday with only 1 person I know it can be hard to help everyone at the same time. Maybe next time.
