Great place! My first visit was great...quick, easy, informative. And it was great quality. Second visit (the very next day) the guy that greeted us was pretty rude and told me I could not enter because my driver's license had a small crack it in it. We left and ending up spending hundreds at another dispensary up the road. I had visited multiple other dispensaries during my visit to Colorado and not a single person ever mentioned the crack in my DL as something that would preclude me from entering. Pretty disappointing, even after I explained to him that I had been a satisfied customer literally 24 hours before -- which was summarily dismissed. Other than that, my experience was fantastic.

I recently went into Billo a little unsure of what I wanted as i don't go to dispensaries often. My Budtender was extremely helpful and very informative. I ended up getting the perfect items that were personalized just for me and they gave me just the right experiences i was looking for! I also picked up a hat and a few t-shirts that are made really well and they feel amazing on! I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. I will for sure be going back.

I went in with a friend. We both had purchasers we wanted to make. He was helped just fine. But no one asked if i was buying anything. They did not ask if i needed help. I stood at the counter and no help. They walk right past to help the new to the building. Not vary friendly either. 0/10
