I’m not the type of person to talk or ask questions when I’m in a store because I have bad anxiety and get self conscious. However when I entered the store I didn’t really know what I wanted/ what I was looking for but Zack made me feel at home. He initiated the conversation and helped me find what I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back to the store thanks to Zack. He is 11/10 made me feel comfortable and was so supportive. I’m going to become a regular because of him.
