I’ve never been to this type of store but when I arrived, the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products offered to pets. The store is not intimidating and not what I imagined. (I imagined a corner store with pipes, etc). It was laid out very professional and almost spa like. They had a special discount so I bought a few items that were recommended. I received free samples of different products when I checked out. I’d recommend stopping by especially if you’re new to these products.
