I was very skeptical about trying this to help me relax and sleep for I tend to be anxious and toss and turn all night. A "good night" sleep usually means I only woke up several times but I never ended up like actually sleeping...I wake up feeling exhausted and like all I did was close my eyes. Ever since I started using CBD though I have been able to get solid hours of sleep, haven't been tossing and turning and I feel RESTED!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!
