Best place in melbourne to buy your Vapes! They have a huge quantity of brands and flavors and are cheaper than other stores around. I also love that they give a military discount! Definitely have to visit them! You won't go anywhere else! 😉

In the past 5 months ive been making an effort to purchase what i need from this store until last week.. never paid attention to the receipt or return policy and was surprised.. this store is an absolute ' No return, exchange or refund'.. what does that mean?? Means as soon as u give them the money for the purchase thats it.. if its broken, open, tampered or anything youve bought it.. my return wasn't for much id bought a bottle of butane and non of the adapters will fit.. i went back in to exchange it and the nice man in the back room heard me and the attendant talking about the issue.. he came out to let me know there is absolutely 'NO' exchanges, or refunds.. then when i asked to show me how to use the butane without the adapter unfortunately he was too busy to help.. will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend this place to people like my cousin..

I’ve always had such a great experience here with the staff and the products. I’ve been a long time customer and have given this business well over $1,000. Unfortunately, today I just called them to ask a question about one of their products. The owner answered the phone.. I was asking about pricing and quantity of one of the products and in the middle of our conversation, not much of a conversation I guess, the owner quite rudely cut me off and said “I have customers in here and I’m going to help them right now but you can come in and see if you want”. The tone he used was very agitated and irritable, like I was bothering him because he had to do his job. He could have said hold on I have to help these customers who were here first, and put the phone down for a couple of minutes which I would have totally understood... but to hang up on a long time customer who has given this business a lot of money and time... Not even just a long time customer, a customer in general who has a question about the products !!! I will not me contributing my business to this establishment anymore. Very unprofessional and upsetting.

Staff is hit or miss honestly. But good deals and discounts. It truly is the only real smoke shop in brevard and I have had some truly amazing experiences with the staff. They are super knowledgeable and will find answers they do not know.

This morning was my first time here and I can say I will continue coming back. Customer Service was excellent. I came in looking for a special gift for my daughter and the gentlemen working offered to assist me by displaying the items better so I could make the best choice for her gift. When I was done shopping for her gift, I took the opportunity to explain that I am trying to quit smoking but I am unsure of the vape device I was given. At that time he extended an offer for me to come back in with it and maybe he could help get it going for me or advise on products they had in the store to help.
Finally @ Check-out he informed me of a way to collect points that add up to savings for future visits. All-in-all, top-notch customer service in a simple neighborly way! Thank you, I will be back in soon. :-)
