Been working with company and their representative Casey for years! I’m very happy with both, but especially Casey. He is accessible, very responsive and goes above and beyond to meet all the needs that our business might have.

I am starting a new business so I am completely new at this. I reached out and was lucky enough to get Dennis as a sales rep. I absolutely love the customer service received. He was so patient and informative. He took his time to educate me on all of the amazing products and he answered the hundreds of questions I had. He guided me through processes and gave me links so I can do my own research on things. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone !!!!

So far the service with Sherrell Gilmore with CBD Hemp Experts has been fantastic. I am currently waiting to receive our first shipment of products. If the products quality is as great as Sherrell’s customer service and support, then we will he set. Thanks again!

We are a hand crafted, small batch CBD company. We have worked with other companies but CBD Hemp Experts is a keeper. Two things stand out for us. First is quality. We haven't had any issue with the product we buy from them. We source the best ingredients to make our products and CBD Hemp Experts provides us with quality CBD oil. Second, and just as important, is communication. Jean Paul has always been available to help with an order or answer a question. It is invaluable to get the info we need to keep our process going. I have no reservations recommending CBD Hemp Experts.

First off I’d like to start by saying I’ve tried a hand full of CBD companies. An it came down to 3 companies. The other 2 companies I felt were more pushy and only cared about placing my order.

Then I spoke with Lena Akerman she is my Expert, an let me tell you she is not only an expert. She’s also very professional knowledgeable on top of things, kind, patient, informative, available (even on her days off),and caring. With all that she made me feel like this was the company I want to work with.

After placing my orders we had spoke a few time she was doing her wonderful job of following up with thing and me. She told me she would be out of town for a few days doing tours of the facility in San Diego California. I told her I live in Los Angeles California an San Diego was not to far . Maybe we could meet in person. Few days later she called me with some exciting news, if I would be interested in touring the facility. Even better

So after touring the facility and meeting the owners. I could see why Lena is so awesome, because the owners are the same. They made me feel even more comfortable with the company. Gave me more information about the company, product, what’s new and what there goals are for me to be successful. Made me feel like I’m in the right place. I realized that this is my home and I couldn’t be as satisfied as I am with anyone else
