I usually have a great experience at this smoke shop, but I’m definitely gonna be going to another shop. I buy vapes from this store often, but many of them have been getting clogged and stopped working (each vape is $30-$50; I’ve spent over $150 on vapes from this store and every single one of them has had a problem). I told the worker about this issue and he recommended that I buy one of the more expensive vapes since it has more “vents” which prevent clogging. 4 days after buying this vape for nearly 50 DOLLARS (insane, right?) it stops working completely. Not a single light is turning on even after I charged it (not even clogged, the battery just stopped working out of nowhere). I called the shop asking for troubleshooting and all he says to me is “We can’t do anything about it, sorry.” Really? After being a loyal customer and tipping every single time I come here? Never again. Plenty of other smoke shops that have the same stuff (or even better) for cheaper. I only came here for the good customer service but after this experience I’m never stepping foot in the store again.
EDIT: So you’re going to completely disregard the fact that I told you that the troubleshooting methods that I used weren’t working? All you told me to do is plug it in and try to use it (which I told you that I did already). “We’re not the ones to leave our customers in the dark” after you literally told me “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do about it.” REALLY? Now that I made a 1-star review you bring up that I can bring the vape to the store. Did you ever mention that during our phone call? Where was this fake “customer service” energy during our phone call? Trying to save face & lying isn’t going to make me come back to this store. Is it my fault that a vape (that I honestly used for only 2 days since I was preoccupied with work the other 2 days) randomly stops working even while being nearly full? I’ve CONSTANTLY had issues with every single vape that I buy from you guys & I told you this in store. Did you forget to mention that in your reply as well?
