This location has the best product in Orlando, they are 100% original, Sam is always willing to help whenever you have a doubt about any product, be careful on buying in other places cause I have had really bad experiences getting fake stuff, Sam will always guide you the right way!

Been coming here for a long time and spent a lot of money while there is a smoke shop on every corner. Last vape I bought from there was defective and went to return it but they wouldn’t honor an exchange even after seeing my face there on a daily basis for a long time. Thankfully there is a smoke shop on every corner. I’ll take my business next door to them.

Just bought a new glass and coil for my vape. Awesome service, awesome help. Got what I needed for under 20 bux. The people complaining about prices need to take a step back and see where they are. I didn't even find the price that bad. It was cheaper than Baton Rouge.

The wide selection is great but the service is horrible. They don’t value the individual customer experience and obviously did not care about mine. Was told that my bad “opinion” was not worth exchanging the faulty product I bought. The manager was very condescending and talked to me like I was a child. The cons definitely outweigh the pros, I would definitely not recommend this place. These reviews seem fake and these people are obviously not honest.
