Xtreme Gift Shop & Smoke Shop

I have been to this establishment now about five times. Each time was for something different and I was always greeted and helped professionally and friendly. I dealt with Chris and Drew yesterday and both young men we’re beyond the levels of being courteous. Such a positive vibe, great products, and good prices. I will be back again!

Probably hit about 10 times before it blinked, second disposable vape I’ve gotten from here and both were like this. 16$+ for this Fume extra, that’s 6$ more than most shops btw. Won’t be going back.

Hands down, worst experience in a smoke shop. I walk in and the first thing is papers are at $3. Doesn't sound like alot, but thats double anywhere else for a small pack of raw papers. They have some of the most outrageous pricing I have ever seen. They sell a vape watch for $90, that I found at a shop just down the road for $15. Vape Juice down the road is $15, they sell it for $25-$30. Not to mention the employee that was working, asked me buy her OnlyFans, which I found unprofessional saying it in front of the Owner but he laughed about it. Super weird, (definitely creepy) older white guy runs the place. Have heard about this place from friends, but now I will never return. Gonna save my money and go elsewhere.

i think this place is disgusting. EVERYTHING is overpriced and looks fake, the owner degrades and talks dirty to the employees and every woman that walks in the place, the employees are flirty and unprofessional and pass out their personal ONLYFANS cards to married men. if your looking for a smoke shop 18 plus smoke shop is down the road! save your time and your money by just going down the road cause i PROMISE you this place does not deserve anybody’s money.

Went here looking to replace a vape that got stolen. They did have what I was looking for but was way over-priced. I'm from the interior of Alaska and am used to paying a little higher price for things due to shipping costs, so when the exact same item costs more than DOUBLE what I pay at home there's no way I'm going to buy it. Went to a few other vape shops in town and nobody's prices were nowhere near as much. (They wanted $149 for the exact same item that was $59-79 at other shops.) Also, the employee that helped me lacked any customer service skills. I was the only person in the store upon my arrival so he helped me but when a few other patrons entered the store he excused himself to go help them and proceeded to chat and make small talk while I waited. I was heading for the door when he finally came back. Once he told me the price I said no way and headed for the door again. On my way out I heard him say the best he could do was 30% off. I just kept walking because even at 30% off it's still $25-$40 more than anyone else in town. Save yourself some time and $$ and just shop somewhere, ANYWHERE else in town.

Employees are always very polite and helpful, wide variety of vapes, CBD products, and many others. I love their elf bar selection!

Fantastic customer service. YET Prices are way too high..

Had lots of fake stuff sold to me from other spots. I went here and has been satisfied 10/10! Joe and Hayden especially take care of you, two outstanding workers who will tell you the right opinion! There is a new guy who started a couple days ago, haven’t got his name yet but he was super cool and helpful aswell! I made a rewards, and will be going back.
