Great experience at the my cbd store , The sales associate, Leslie, who helped me was knowledgeable and professional. She actually greeted me when I came through the door ! There are so many different products, I would have been totally lost if not for her. After she greeted me she asked if she could help me, and she listened (she actually really listened) to the issues I was having with genuine empathy and was Then able to Explain to me how each of the products work and make some recommendations based on what I was dealing with. And on top of that she even had samples available so I could make sure the product I picked out was some thing I was going to be able to actually take and could tell I had a quality product!! Good customer service makes all the difference in the world, I went into a “Vape shop“ ( I’m not a caper or smoker) looking for CBD that had even more selection but I felt like I had walked into a hookah lounge, the service was horrible, the sales people seem disinterested like they could care less if I was in there or not. nobody asked what I was looking for or if they could help me and actually seemed annoyed when I had questions 😒
The My CBD store wS totally different, It actually felt more like I walked into a spa, And there certainly wasn’t a cloud of Vape in the air 😷 . Leslie has definitely made a return customer out of me .I have been recommending all of my friends go see her at the my CBD store and I will definitely becoming back to My CBD store For their quality products and excellent sales associates 🙌 highly recommend
