The staff was friendly but the product broke within 3 days after purchase.
Response to company: the item was replaced in store while the associate was telling me how to connect the parts. Unfortunately, the delicacy wasn't explained until after the fact. Sadly, a few days of having the product and unscrewing the oil piece so that I could charge the base, the item cracked and was unusable. As the product cracked in stored, I should have took that as a sign. On a positive note, the oil itself was commendable.
