I've shopped here three separate trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every time my product has either broke or not worked. Management is not interested in working anything out with me, or refuning any of my money. I will finally not return to this smoke shop.

The interaction was awkward, they pushed other products on me that I clearly didnt want, the prices are ok but I have a feeling there’s a reason why they’re cheap… who knows where they get their products from.
I do not trust this shop, It gave me a weird feeling.
I see all the positive reviews and wonder why my experience was so different. Maybe they dont see what’s really going on, but my point of view from being a business owner myself, there’s something sketchy going on…
