One Luv Smoke 'n Vape - Vinings

Man I don't even want to give this location one star. We went to the location on South Cobb. Walked in and the employee was on his phone, never even looked up and acknowledged us. Asked him quite a few different questions. He still never even looked up from his phone as he answered "I don't know" to every single question we asked. Did not want to be bothered by anything, very very unprofessional and unfriendly. I was prepared to buy a couple nice vaping devices as well as coils for the ones we already have and Ejuices.....at least a few hundred dollars to spend. Guess what.....poor customer service lost this shop that sale! Please train your employees to be more knowledgeable and have better people skills. That makes all the difference in the world in getting a sale and it doesn't cost you anything to be friendly!!! Look at your cameras you can see what happened. We came in around 2:15 on Wednesday April 8th. Me and my husband. Not a good selection of stuff either.

I’ve shopped at every vape shop in the area. It’s Vanessa that keeps me coming back without a doubt. I’m a long time customer because of the personal attention she gives effortlessly. She has a way of making you feel like you’re important. Greg’s not so bad either but absolutely adore Vanessa.

They knowingly sell defected products. They say they don't take returns on anything. I bought a vape battery and would just stay on and wouldn't turn off until the battery died. I took it back and said they wouldn't return it and had to speak with a manager. Finally got to speak with her and she call the owner and said we have another bad hive 2.0 so they then switched it out. 6 months later I needed another battery, so I went there and the same exact thing not just the same issue but they were selling the same exact one I had returned still detected and all. The owner sells cheap knock offs and won't refund you. He IS A THIEF.

I travel for work and do not live in Ga but this is my favorite shop when I’m in town. Stopped by last week and was told my girl Vanessa is gone, that smile and great convo is what kept me coming back when I’m in town. Still nice shop just gonna miss my girl! Vanessa you are loved sugar

I use to love coming to this smoke shop however this was my first time coming after moving back to this side of town and won’t come back again. They now require you, which they don’t tell you, for you to have your drivers license, can’t accept any other type of ID. No passport, no temporary license, nothing. It was VERY inconvenient & made me VERY angry and will not work with you any other way.

Message to owner: I did let the gentleman see my temporary ID issued from the DDS with the barcode at the top but he said it would not work. I also had my passport to show that I am of age but he would not accept it either.

Was in search of a specific product and called a few stores I have been to locally that may have it - the employee who answered the phone was very brusque and impatient when he confirmed they had the item - I asked the price and the different types and he continued being very short tempered and when I made a joke about the cost (I knew it was going to be an expensive item from the outset so it wasn’t sticker shock, it was more a joke about the fact that yes, this is an expensive item) and the employee on the phone literally responded with “well I don’t know what to tell you then, I’m not the one that makes the prices” and essentially cost this business a $70+ sale.

I’ve shopped this place a handful of times and it was on my list of “go-to” places for products but that’s certainly no longer the case - not that it’s particularly relevant the business has lost a customer - more just a beware for others who may be interested in shopping there.

Edit: Oh that’s quite alright, the employees at Vape Parkway, Vape Atlanta, and Cloud 9 and I joke regularly back and forth with each other because it’s a cordial part of business and relationship development between an establishment and their repeat customers - of which those will be the stores I’ll call first and last in the future.

[UPDATED] FOLLOW UP REVIEW: I shopped with One Luv today. They always seem to have the little things I need to pick up. My visit was very pleasant and I didn't know management responded to my first review. Thank you- I stumbled across management response while UPDATING THIS REVIEW.

FIRST REVIEW: This was my second visit and it was not as pleasant as the first one because it looks as if the employee was really occupied with a male customer in the store so she delayed the process with helping me- nevertheless, They had what I needed at the time. I'm not sure if this would be my neighborhood vape and smoke shop to stop to.

Terrible smoke shop. They’ll sell you vapes that don’t work and will not do an exchange or refund

Went to get a few things to resupply my smoke closet, tyren helped me and knew exactly what I needed and gave some of the best service. Really nice shop and awesome team that helped me

For vaping this is a great place in the area. They have a really good selection of premium juices and coils for most big name tanks. It looks like a smoke shop from the outside, but give them a shot and you won't be disappointed. They also stay open later than most other shops.
