I can't say enough good things about this establishment. This place is clean, has an extremely friendly crew that doesn't mind me ranting about motorcycles, has great vegan options, and offers daily deals on their high quality products. I definitely was not bribed to write this review.

Amazing products! I love how transparent they are with their processing, and truly give the purest cannabis on Island. All products are 100% solventless, and I love that their packaging is compostable/recyclable. Hawaiian Ethos clearly has the environment and the community at the core of their mission. They have extremely knowledgable staff members and are so kind and welcoming. They all live and breathe medical cannabis and it shows! They will also help you get your card if you're not sure where to start. Mahalo for the amazing experience!

I've been to many dispensaries in several different states and I have to say THIS is by far the friendliest, most helpful bunch I've dealt with. By far!!! I have an out of state reciprocal medical card, and they were very excited to get me my medicine so I could get on with my day enjoy the island. Thanks for the totally killer hospitality and service. I will definitely be back and recommend Hawaiian Ethos to anyone who wants a really good experience with procuring their medical cannabis. 👍

Great to have options!! Hard to believe a year ago, this was still "in the works" like the dispensaries have been billed for years. Now we have 4 places on the Island and 2 in Kona. While the competition is much much closer to where I live (which makes it hard to resist with my tight work schedule), I prefer this shop. The staff is extremely friendly, their carts are so delicious and much better than the other store and I love how the product is as close to 100% natural as u can possibly get. No cheating or enhancing, just our amazing sun! Mahalo everyone who puts the effort into making this store so top notch

The only reason I’m generously giving three stars to Hawaiian Ethos is because in the past I have appreciated their products. I recently purchased a $50 cartridge which once I inserted it into my pen and tried to use it wouldn’t work. It then wouldn’t come out when I tried to unscrew it and it ended up breaking my pen. When I took it back to try and see if I can get a refund or an exchange them for me all they could do is give me a small discount towards future purchases. All I wanted to do a swap it out. The girl at the front even took a look at the pen, and saw that the entire spring was off and broken, but said she couldn’t do anything per her manager. At least Big Island Grown dispensary offered me a $1 new cartridge when a brand new one ended up leaking/defective at the beginning of use last year. Guess I’ll take my business back to them....
