Clean and friendly environment A+ for that aspect. I know a lot of my dislike we're because of Illinois laws. I've traveled to many dispensaries for fun trips. Main complaints #1 nothing on display outside of packaging. We like to see what we're buying prior to purchasing. Your staff tried to educate with a tablet and made a sale but I ended up paying over $40 (after the ridiculous 36% sales tax per item) for a disposable vape pen that was 1/3 of the size as normal. I had specifically asked for a cartridge and once open I'm sure there's no return. I was really bummed. The flower and preroll we're amazing. Maybe try promotions for your customers also. Yours was the first I've personally been too that had no promotions for new customers 🤷

The staff was super kind and helpful. My friend who had just broken her foot was with me and the security guy offered to let her sit down while in line. He also offered to let us out the entrance door which was closer to our car. Just little things that really meant a lot to my injured friend.
The staff were knowledgeable and good with making suggestions to make sure we got the best bang for our buck.
We also were having debit card issues and and they were super friendly with holding the order off to the side while we called the bank and got it all sorted out. Will definitely revisit.

The great staff at Sunnyside always makes visiting the store a fun experience. They're knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and professional. The entire operation is so well organized. I remember one visit where there were over 20 people in line in front of me, and I wasn't in there more than ten minutes. Until Indiana comes out of the dark ages (which won't be anytime soon), my friends and I will be patronizing Sunnyside. Also, kudos to one of their great employees Isiah (hope I spelled his name correctly).

Had a fantastic visit yesterday! I broke my foot the day before and everyone there was very accommodating to me and my injury. Everyone answered our questions and were efficient with retrieving our order. We had a great experience and will be back!

Be careful with this location. Just got told my reward point didn't get applied to my order because of "system issues". This was after I already paid with a debit card and paid a $3 fee. So then I have to pay the difference, no big deal, but they charge me another $3? Kinda feels like this location ripped me off.

Very professional business. But make sure you know what you want before you go in because they have hundreds of options. Maybe even make an online order and save yourself the anxiety of in-store shopping.
