Very similar experience to waiting in line at the TSA. Security guard was rude, talked as if he WAS a TSA agent. I ended up at the cashier without my debit card, technically my mistake, but instead of letting my friend run out to grab my debit card from the car, the rude cashier tried to tell me to wait in line for a half hour again. I told her Iβm not willing to do that. Within 2 min my friend had the debit card. We paid the girl, despite her poor attitude.
When we left we walked back to the door we walked in, not knowing that this is a hanging offense. The security guard yelled at us from across the room instead of walking over yo tell us. Then he told my friend, βyouβll hear me the third time.β
What does this mean? Is this how you run a business?

The shop frequently is understaffed. This particular shop always has long lines with one or two people working to get customers through. Also, there is a little organization within customer service. Most often customers are told to wait in line even if they have an online order already placed with the dispensary another irritating fact as a regular customer is the fact that they still seem to be worried about Covid like itβs March 20 20. So they have the whole inside roped off sectioned off which creates a bottleneck customers.

I have purchased from this store 3 times in the past. I drive 90 miles in the snow storm to be told the exact same ID I have used on prior purchases (2 this year) was not ok. The state name and logo at the top has faded or rubbed away (no more blank the in April or May). I figure the bar code reader would be enough validation along with all my info being clear the I have a valid drivers license. The manager made a βjudgement callβ! Drove back 90 miles in the snow storm empty handed. I have never had issue one with the staff or product but this is a guaranteed business ending event for me. Not only will I choose not to go to this store I will now avoid Sunny as a whole. So frustrating. Merry Christmas Grinch of a manager at this store. Hope you get a taste of this karma soon.

Love Sunnyside! π Convenient clean location... Huge variety of QUALITY cannabis to choose from. I love having LEGAL access to lab tested untainted πΏ! In my opinion, health + safety + purity is definitely worth the added taxes if you responsibly partake in Mary Jane... Thanks, Sunnyside! π

Employees are often rude and condescending which is unprofessional.
I have had several experiences like that over the past year. I always really dread having to deal with the employees.
I travel in to Danville IL from a neighboring state to purchase my medication.
If it made sense for me to use another business, I would. I am currently looking at my other options.

This place has bad vibes. Felt like a jail visit. Such an unhappy experience, we left feeling let down that we made an almost three hr drive for this place. I can't say enough go somewhere else, there are dispensaries that welcome your business and treat you kindly...not off duty looking cops watching the prisoners in the yard. Never again.

The dispensary is a nice enough place. The prices are fairly steep but are offset by random sales events. The STAFF, however, is what makes this place excellent. Patti was my budtender (as she often is) and as always she was both pleasant and knowledgeable I like all the staff, but seeing Patti just garentees an awesome visit.

while I shop here weekly...these last couple months have been trash they run deals so I make my purchases around these bundles/stipulations to get the best prices possible but once placing my order my cart will be X amount and when i get there the price has done went up 35 or 40 more dollars and the deals aren't even worth it....im asked about this and the only response i'm ever able to get is that the online system isn't correct with their in store system.....another thing I've noticed is they are very indecisive with their deals for example right now they are running a "blitz deal" which is purchase 2+ of the same type and get 15% off but when you purchase more than 2 you will only receive 15% off the cheapest 2....I spend 2 to 400 a week here and its been getting worse and worse every time I go....the staff is super nice and most things I've purchased have been pleasant and exactly what I was looking for but leaving with the feeling off im getting got is starting to be a complete turn off

Lost my rewards points because of a bug. Was told I could get them back. Wasn't able to after providing receipt. Online customer service is not good. Was a weekly shopper.

I know I've been coming there religiously since they've been opened one of their cashiers I guess doesn't like me so today she wanted to assert her authority with me hold on to my receipt demanding me to put it in my pocket and I didn't even have time to get it in my pocket I have never been treated like this by any other cashier but her I have never done nothing wrong there I have always used a bag or put it in my pocket she held my receipt from me demanding me to do something that I was already doing I hope that her authority made her feel large today I will definitely be coming to talk to her manager in person about the way she treated me what she did to me today I'm guessing that she does the others and it's a really bad look for business
