When I went into the store, everyone was extremely friendly and promptly greeted me as soon as I came in. Claire was extremely helpful when it came to locating what I needed and telling me about the deals in the store. And Chase and Maddie were very friendly and professional. Today i visited as I do pretty often and I met Chase at the Fairview Heights location!! He was super helpful even though I only needed one thing. I’m here regularly and have never had an experience that wasn’t less than stellar. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help. Gotta give some respect to Chase especially! His positivity and product knowledge, for me, has been outstanding. Dude will brighten your day. Love this place!
