They have posted store hours. But i guess they close whenever they feel like it. I went there today around 7 to get something and the dude had closed the shop and was walking out. Then gave me the "cut the mic" gesture when he saw me

I had been looking for a shop to pick up Cigars in the Carmel area. Market District and Vine and Table both carry a decent selection, but their prices leave a bit to be desired. I stopped in Xpress Tobacco Outlet and was immediately impressed with both their selection and prices. I picked up a pair of Oliva Serie O torpedoes for $6 per. Out of curiosity, I checked online and they go for no less than $150 for a box of 20...$7.55 per stick. I'm sold! Not only does Xpress have terrific prices and selection, but they're a small, independent shop that I'd rather patronize than large, corporate chains. You guys have my business!
