Went in yesterday for a coil two hours before the location closed, the employee was rude as and sold me the wrong coil I needed. I'll never go to this location again, it's a vape store. Your job isn't that hard mate. And after I purchased the coil, I wasn't told bye or anything, he just ignored the fact I gave y'all buisness. Definitely not going back.

The staff is really what sets this place apart from all other vape shops. I went in there around the middle of October not knowing anything other than I smoke a pack of cigarettes a day and I want to quit. Fred took his time with me and assisted me in picking out a mod that would fit my needs and price range. He then suggested flavors that would help me transition the best. He suggested the butterscotch because it has notes of tobacco. That really helped me get off the cigarettes. I have now been cigarette free since October! I can't say enough about how they made it so easy for me! Great place, I recommend to anyone who needs vape supplies or great advice.

Cotton & Coils is by far my favorite vape shop in the NWI. They are one of the fastest growing shop chains out there and the management has always gone above and beyond to satisfy their customers, me included. Couldn't recommend more.

Sold me bad and most likely clone Baby beast Smok coils last week. Not a single coil last for more than 36 hours, if that. 2 of them only survived long enough for 6 drags at 40 watts, when they were rated at a best at of up to 90 watts. Called me a liar when i mentioned it. Horrible service, i feel ive been robbed. Do not shop here. Shut them down. They dont deserve a single store front or customer, especially with them employing Dawn. Look at their one star facebook reviews and watch how their employee, Dawn, literally attacks customers leaving bad reviews. She needs to be fired. Absolutely disgusting!

I was in Crown Point for a tattoo and came here before, I was unfortunately given the wrong coil but the gentleman behind the counter gave me the right one at no cost. Big selection of juices. I've never seen a vape shop get this busy, I'll definitely be back!
