I've visited a good number of Vape Shops including: Broadripple, Downtown, West Indy and more. Higher Grade in Fishers (11519 Allisonville Rd) certainly has the best inventory I've seen along with all the best products too. It's super clean, fresh and well organized. The staff at this store is always just fantastic as well. It's always a great place to visit. Jay and Cameron really know their products and they are so helpful ! You will be impressed ! I wish other businesses could learn to operate this well.

Great clean shop with knowledgeable and helpful staff. I've been vaping for 10 years so I've been vaping since the real start and can really tell the difference in an experienced employee and someone just trying to make a sale. The 2 employees today were both able to have and educated discussion and give me honest accurate suggestions for what I was wanting. The shop was also well designed and had a good selection of all vape products both Nicotine to Delta. This will now be my go to store.

I was there for some CBD oil. The two people working there were absolutely great. They really know their products, and they were super nice. They try to keep all of their products in stock, but right now that isn't always possible. Still, they give you alternatives, and they are very knowledgeable. I'll definitely be going there again. It's much more than your run-of-the-mill vape store.

Everyone in the stores are kind and compassionate; they neither pressure nor hurry you through the selection process.
Ian is the owner and I have met him at the Fishers (Allisonville) location. I had actually skeptically contacted them via the website and was able to chat online with Ian before I ever went into a store. He was lovely and sent me over to see Riley. When I met him in person he was and has been consistently great.
No matter who I work with at any location, the people behind the counter have been well suited for their positions and seem to genuinely enjoy being at work.
I can run in quickly in a pinch and be all business, or I can spend a little extra time and have a chat- either way I know it is going to be a positive experience.

They always have something new and I visit frequently so that’s saying something. I “highly” recommend the SHIFT chocolates they are top notch!
