I understand the folks at CHC are just trying to help their potential customers stay positive about our health, but this is such an insensitive way to market a product to people with chronic illnesses. There's a tremendous stigma associated with chronic illness: the misconception that folks with illnesses are "choosing" to live poorly because we have not "chosen" to think positively or manage pain better. Your rhetoric perpetuates that stigma and is belittling to your consumer base, whether you intend it or not.
I mean, "It’s time to STAND UP and SHAKE! 👏🏻 IT! 👏🏻 OFF! 👏🏻"? And you're advertising to folks with EDS, ME, etc? A lot of folks with these conditions physically cannot stand up.
I'm saying this as someone who has gotten tremendous relief from regular CBD usage. I would absolutely love to try your products and leave a better review, because your product certainly looks high-quality and I am definitely a CBD evangelist, but I can't be okay with a company targeting disabled people on social media and using insensitive advertising techniques.
