Simply wonderful! The owner is extremely knowledgeable and so is the rest of the staff. Not just that, but, they are also so friendly! I could be in there for hours just chatting and vaping lol! I quit smoking thanks to them. They saved my life.
The business is very clean and they have a great aesthetic. I don't believe I've ever gone in there and them have products all over the place. They are always neat and organized. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

This is a great shop very friendly and knowledgeable staff you will feel like you’ve known them for years. Now to the prices, best in the 219 area. Thanks Vapor Clinic for the awesome experience. The also have a reward system, you earn points on purchases that will redeem you discounts or free juice or Mods.

They have the BEST deals in city, the owner and other associates that run the counter are extremely patient and kind when I have a billion questions for them. They carry the best tanks and mods, not just the big brands that are super expensive. The owner is constantly trying to bring in new juices for the customers, about 1 juice per week. These people know what they are doing and its clear the owner has a passion for his business. I won't shop at any other vape shop. Ever.

I walked in last summer interested. I bought my starters supplies in September. Haven't smoked since. Steve is excellent at explaining all you need to know about Vaping, juices, mods, tanks, coils and upgrades. The shop is super clean and he always has good music playing. Thanks alot Steve for having a decent place to help me quit smoking. Almost 6 months!

Not a dang thing!!!
The place is clean, & very modern. Steve & Katie were both there helping me. I went in for a new MOD, but it won’t arrive until Monday. So I got the new coils for my other 2 MODs. I walked out with more than clean set-ups! I was also looking for some cherry e-juice, yep, they had it! And I also chose 2 new flavors from the clearance counter!!
My overall experience was very good. I’ll be back!!
