Best Store in the area! The entire staff is helpful and friendly. Super wide Glass selection from heady to Mini's, with a whole wall for all your Vape needs. Without a doubt worth checking this place out!

The staff here remember me every time I come in. They remember the device that uses and what I like to get. Are very friendly and attentive. They never rush me and let me take my own time and suggest if a product would be good for me or not.

Hub and I moved here a few months ago and found this place. Absolutely love it. The guys are very nice and helpful with mods, vapes, juices etc.. Now it's to the point where we walk in and they instantly know our juices and coils without us asking. I love the staff here.

I really like this place for a few reasons. Number one being as far as vape shops in South Bend they definitely have the biggest selection and variety of all different types of devices. Mods, tanks, all-in-one devices, and they get new devices pretty often when they come out. They have a pretty wide selection of eLiquid. It's not always easy to tell which ones are what prices and all that without asking how about every particular one but there's always new flavors to try. One thing I don't like is they don't have a points system where you get a free bottle of liquid after so many points or anything like that. But overall with the fact that several different devices I have, and need different coils for. They are the only one around that pretty much always have every coil I need in stock. The rest of these places rarely have any of those coils I need. And with the fact that they are open an hour later than a few others and 2 hours later than another, it put them on the top of my list. Also they have Android pay which is nice. If they had some kind of points system like most of the others do they would definitely be 5 stars instead of just the 4 that I rated them. Also its a good location, with plenty of parking spaces, and easy access. Easy to pull out of lot too which is the opposite of another nearby shop.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of vape juices and the store is well kept. I have been here multiple times and have not been disappointed. I would highly recommend visiting if you haven't already.

Picked up an item today after a long third shift. When I got home, I noticed a crack in what I purchased. I returned with the item to a little bit a resistance from the clerk. I have spent over a decade in retail/ customer service, so I can appreciate his position. The clerk understood the situation and got me a replacement product. I am very pleased with the service and understanding provided. Will definitely be back.

Such a great store! It has the largest selection I have ever seen in a smoke shop. I always have such a good time when I visit this store. Staff has always been extremely helpful, welcoming, and very knowledgeable on all of their products.

Lots of options but my recent experience was lacking customer service. I tried asking one of the gentlemen questions about their vape juice options and price and got very little response. Luckily one of the other guys was very informative and helpful and patient with my little knowledge on the juices and was able to make a purchase.
