Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and above all very patient. I have chronic migraine headaches and this is what gives me some relief. They didn’t treat me like a criminal, unlike other stores.

The smokable selection is absolutely atrocious now. When you ask questions about it they get frustrated. If you're looking for smoke, just find a guy, the only thing worth coming for is the edibles. Definitely do not be fooled by the THC-A flower, it tastes like hay and barely gets you where you want to be.

Hands down the best store in Des Moines for cannabis products, the employees are the most helpful and the products do exactly what they advertise. I haven't been in pain since the store opened up. Spent $150 on two bags of taffies. 1/4 of one bag and 1/2 of another were out of the wrapper and/or melted together and now are crumbling hard candy, completely inedible. Despensary refused to replace the taffies or offer anything at all after saying "once it leaves the store we can't help." Waste of money, waste of a trip downtown, and horrible business practices. Go elsewhere or just buy online.
