Fake products, unregulated, who knows what your putting in your body. No lab sheets anywhere on the website for any product. Look at the other 1 star reviews, people with some real knowledge about this stuff can see the Cheetos, nerd ropes, skittles, are all fake products. No reputable company is gonna rip off a real company like that. The thing is usually there’s not even a company on the package, and no trace where it came from. Good luck

Beautifully decorated place with a fantastic selection. I bought some gummies from here and they were soooo good. Highly recommend for all your medicinal needs!

I visited this place for the first time yesterday and I was happy with the knowledgeable staff the pricing of the products the selection if you're ever downtown it's very nice shock to look at if you're interested in that kind of thing

Really disrespectful service, I’m not sure what was going on in the worker’s personal life that caused them to be so mean. Maybe it was a bad day for them? The employee was making fun of me for asking a question, and it was humiliating to me in front of all the customers.

Edit: I only go the extra length to search google & leave a google review when I have a negative experience. Checking cameras doesn’t check conversations between employees and customers. People are complex, looking at a video of people standing around doesn’t provide great insight into human non-visual machinations.

This is the best little shop around and the workers are so awesome and patient! I keep going back and have brought many people in with me and they all have loved it!

I spent a lot of money at this place and getting tired of the poor service. Is it really that hard to say thank u? Instead they’ll tell u your good to go in a rudely manner. I am done with this place I can order online and pay a fraction compared to what I pay here. I’m done helping out local businesses who treat their customers like 5 year olds

I've had several good experiences here until just now. For months I have picked up an order under a different name and it's never been questioned. Today, the guy with long hair decided to be more cocky than usual and required not only an ID, but my receipt with order number (which I get, but I've been in this store dozens of times!!) So frustrating to get good customer service anymore. Products are great and the owner is wonderful, it's just that one bad apple who spoils the bunch.

Edit: I've edited my review because the owner is great. Dude still works there but he hasn't been an a$$ lately.

Stopped in yesterday after a friend told me about it. The shop is relaxed and inviting the two guys who work there are very personable, knowledgeable and just plain nice.
A person new to these type products needn't feel intimidated they are happy to help you find what you need and have recommendations and a wealth of information, they seem to genuinely care that you get the best product to suit your particular needs.
Products are high quality, reasonably priced and quite honestly they just have a way better selection and range of products not offered anywhere else in Des Moines
