Very limited hookah options. They had no natural coal options and the person working didnβt know there is a difference between quick lights and natural coals. Very limited flavor options but nice to have a place on this side of town.

The cashier was helpful at first. I had questions he answered. I settled on a d8 vape for $35. I opened in my car. It was sticky and leaking. I brought it in to exchange. He said I had to open it in front of him .I did. And it was sticky and leaking as well. I said this is ridiculous can I get a refund? He said no. That's why they're $35. Like $35 is cheap or something smh. Waste of my money and time. I will never go back. And you shouldn't go either.

Ali Alhoussin, the owner of the Kentucky Smoks, the worst liar I have met in my whole life.He cheat me again and again.
From last November, he ordered lots of Fume disposables valued 33000$ from me, he made all excuse and fake bank note to make me believe him and ship to this store without payment.Then he said he did not know who i am and blocked me once he received all the parcels.
From Jan, I posed him on google and he added me back to ask me delete the reviews and send all my items back, I have to believe him again cause he promised me he will ship everything back including the sold ones. But actually he sold many boxes from my order and refuse to pay the sold ones. Now he still lie he send me everything and blocked me again.
I can swear to god I will go to hell if I lie. PLS KEEP AWAY FROM Ali AlhoussinοΌ Who can help me

The store may be locked when you go even if itβs βopenβ with a sorry for the inconvenience note on the door saying they will be back in 5 minutes. I waited 15 so I guess they donβt want my money because they never opened
