This shop is wonderful, they have myriad products and all the employees are professional, patient, and informative. The shop is always clean and well organized; if ever I am unable to find something they are diligent in finding me what I’m looking for or something similar. My only complaint would be the chronic lack of bags- I have made the mistake of getting more items than intended and ended up having to shove them in my purse :(.

I had a great experience shopping here until I accidentally left my shopping bag at the store and had an employee steal my stuff. I have worked retail for 4+ years and have never done what this employee did so I truly believe she stole my things. I came into the store to get CBD and left my retro metro bag there. In the LARGE PAPER BAG was a mug, a galaxy gift bag, a pink “nasty women” pin, a Ruth Bader Ginsburg children’s book and my left over pizza from Brewers Ally. When I called the next morning the gentlemen on the phone stated he only had a book that was left. Weird because the book was located in a literal bag.. who walks around with just a random book while shopping. Personally most people carry their stuff in bags, so I thought huh I guess I didn’t leave my bag there if a book was the only thing found from the night before. I decided to go into the store that following morning to just double check. Turns out that book was the book I had purchased. The Ruth Bader Ginsburg book I bought for my best friend who is having a baby girl in a month. And then my left over pizza (that I put in the retro metro bag after brewers because I had enough room to fit it) was in the trash can. So what that tells me is that the women working that night went into the bag and decided to take what she wanted, throw my food away, the retro metro bag away and act like the book was the only thing that was left by the customer aka me. I have work retail and have never ONCE gone into a customers bag that was left and looked in it and decided mhm I’ll just throw the literal paper bag away but keep the items in it. Makes no sense and is incredibly shady. I’m gonna make some social media posts about this because the whole situation was handled SO POORLY. They have cameras but couldn’t see the fact that she went into the bag and then all of the sudden the bag is gone and just a book is there? She stole my stuff and I should’ve just called the police but I’ll just post this story on social media instead. This place sucks.
