To start, Walking in instantly has a comfortable feeling kind of like if you're at home. Extremely relaxing and stress free. The staff are always super friendly and Are completely able to help you find what you're looking for or what you need if you don't already know so that's a bonus :). The prices are great and thankfully The taxes are included in the price. That way you know exactly what you're paying when you walk in. The products are excellent no matter what you get from flower to concentrate to edibles. Even the CBD products are great which I have used those also. Also an excellent selection of glassware and products of that nature. My ratings would definitely be a 10 out of 10 for customer service, Product, Environment. And atmosphere. I 100% recommend NSH to everyone.

My friend and I visited for the first time, 10/13/21.
We walked in the shop and were greeted with friendly smiles and felt very welcomed! Every employee working was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Never did I feel intimidated or insecure about my lack of knowledge.
So easy, very organized, not rushed, one on one time with educated staff!
Our overall experience was 100% satisfaction!
