Stopped by NSH on my way to the Keweenaw for the day. Pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, the fair prices, and the great selection that includes several UP grown strains. And it's truly a locally owned mom n pop shop! Cash only but there's an ATM onsite.

Poor customer service experience. Impatient and seemed annoyed by our questions. Just made myself and my girlfriend feel very rushed. 25 minutes until they closed and they were closing the registers and pushing us out the door. Product was good.

Really lack luster selection of provisions in their bud room. Wasn’t impressed by ladies working the front with their bad attitudes and how rude they acted about us unclear of the rules, they could have phrase things more professionally. The only thing they really going for them is the smoking accessories room. My advice to gals working the front is to get a better attitude, work on their customer service skills and treat their customers better, there’s better prices and selections down the street from them.
