I'd rather go to a gas station. The owner I'm assuming? Or some guy who just worked there was really rude and on his phone the whole time. We asked a question, and instead of helping us to help answer it and maybe make a sale, he just asked us the same question again then said I don't know...if you specialize in tobacco and that's all you sell, know something about your product.

To whom it may concern:
I came in today to pick up a special order Loon flavored cartridge pack...
The salesperson who I believe is the manager tried to sell me an open package that clearly had the safety seal broken. Upon inquiring he stated that all of them were like that and grabbed another of the shelf and tried to break the seal as he handed it to me. I simply asked for an unopened package and he became completely defensive and insisted that he issue a credit. I asked if he would rather loose a customer than rectify the situation..? He abruptly started running a credit and asked me to leave.
I’ve been coming to this store basically since you opened for various tobacco products and am on your preferred customer program...I will not return.

This is a great shop in south Minneapolis for a number of reasons. One employee definitely stands out: Bilel. He is highly knowledgable in their offerings and products overall. To add, he is extremely polite, personable and does not forget faces. It is a safe location without pestilent loitering. At least one worker at the shop has conceal and is able to respond to disorderly conduct should it arise. Second, though I do not purchase vapes or e-cig products, the set up includes chairs and menus to enhance the enthusiast's shopping experience. The selection of products is fantastic for a small store, beyond vapes. The store is clean and well organized. No minimum charges on debit. 5☆s
