Minneapolis tobacco is a wonderful place. I come here often to buy glass pieces of various types, they are very reasonable with the price and always have something that I go home with loving!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could, but it wont let me. I went there earlier today to buy a disposable "Green Smoke" e-cig; when I got it out to my car, the light on the end flashed and it wouldn't work. A quick google search showed that it was defective. I took it back in and the guy started yelling at me and accused me of lying and going to my car and switching the canister out for a dead one and bringing it back in. He yelled at me again and told me all sales were final.
TL;DR This shop sold me a defective e-cig, accused me of lying and trying to steal from them, and wouldn't give me my money back. I wouldn't buy anything from these crooks if I were you. It seems that they are in the business of stealing from people.

Went by at 8:40pm when they clearly advertise to be open until 9:00pm. Had 3 people just standing behind the counter who just looked me pulling on their locked door and acted like they didn't see me. BP across the street had everything I needed.

Buyers and vendors be aware! I bought an eleaf 50w istick along with other stuff I needed. Worked somewhat nicely for a month until it showed an error saying "no atomizer", I was upset. Well after using it and and being some time passing with no reciept, they never gave me one first off and paid cash, and they new it, couldn't get a new one or repair our send it in with a refund. Only aggression and they should just fling s*** at you if you bring something back. paid cash, I was stuck with resorting to various discussion forums, blogs and videos, I tried many things without anything like major tools or opening it up, nothing worked. I bought new tanks and atomizer, still nothing. Been a really bad regret and investment I guess on my part, but do what I didn't, check any reviews on e-cig products, but especially the store... and I'm giving this place 1 star because there are no negative stars, for horid and terrible patience, temperament and customer service. And I hope this store one day will consider returns, replacement or repairs, other than that, shut their mouths and yelling over honest people, or at least shut down shop if they cannot maintain a conversation quietly and respectfully and maintain their business without silent treatment and predomitly giving yes or no answers and and acting tough, mean and sticking their chests out and beating their chest over you not choosing quickly.
