All of the people that are working when I go are very welcoming and helpful. They are knowledgeable enough to answer all of my questions without a sense that they are simply pushing product sales. The product selection has everything I need for vaping supplies.

The staff is amazing..moorhead store has some of the most amazing workers ..alway smiling always right there to help you and greet you .

I went here on a whim to get parts for what I found out was an ancient mechanical mod—they didn't have these parts, but apparently, vaporizers have gone from prop planes to ram jets in the pas 5 years so I guess I'm not upset.

The manager will match prices on anything you can find, but you can get anything cheaper on the internet. Still, there is something great about having a very helpful salesman to help you out.

The manager was really chill and I did not feel pressured to buy anything, so I did buy something, haha. I'm very happy with that product he sold me. I'm always wary when I hear "starter kit," but I don't think I could have picked something better if I hadn't talked to someone, first.

There are a lot of places to get your vape equipment and I haven't been to most of them, but this place is nice. It isn't the type of "bar" that is commonplace in CA, but it is what it is and I like it for that.

Truly exceptional customer service! I ordered the "Flight Experience"- a steal at 21 USD for five 30 ml bottles. At the time of my order, I was living in Norway for a few months. Not understanding the customs laws there, my import was rejected. Renae was so kind and understanding and offered to ship my order to my home address, without requiring me to pay the additional shipping costs, as a one time courtesy! So very happy with the whole experience, and the juice is amazing (particularly the Earl Grey Tea & Loopies flavours). Will 100% order from these guys again.

Alright, so I went in to pick up a new pod system, and this weird thing caught my eye. They had these water bottles, and I thought “why is a vape shop selling water bottles”? So I asked, and they had CBD in them. I thought this was pretty cool. I asked the price, and they said it cost eleven dollars. ELEVEN DOLLARS FOR A WATER BOTTLE! Now I’m a regular here, so I decided to get one. But this wonderful place promoted it, in exchange for a review of the product. So here it is. Eleven dollars is a lot for water bottles, however I almost had a really bad car accident and started a panic attack, so I pulled over and went to my back seat where I had the bottle, and slammed it. Within a minute I was relaxed. So eleven dollars is a lot of money for water. But eleven dollars is cheap for fast acting relief with anxiety. If you have a budget I highly recommend it.

First time ever buying from this company and my husband and I are highly disappointed with the juices we got. We've been vaping going on 5 years and this is the worst we have ever tasted. The juice we got tastes terrible. I hate to even put this image in your minds, but they taste like we are vaping vomit and soap. We bought blue razz, generally fruity, and loopies. Loopies was decent. On a scale of 1 to 10 we give it a low 3. But the others are awful and can only be rated by the disgusted look on our faces. We would really like a refund. We have NO problem sending them back.

It's a very friendly and everyone is very polite and a lot of help

Me and my fiance bought a few vape refills for my brother who is into vaping for Christmas last year. Knowing absolutely nothing about anything in there we looked to the expertise of the guys there to tell us what to get. They were extremely helpful and friendly. The mountain-y interior doesn't seem like it belongs in Fargo. Super cool place to check out.
