White dude who worked at this Tobacco attempted to pull a gun out on me and my friends because we touch a item in a case that was not locked. Instead of telling us we couldn’t touch it he was rude and put his hand under his shirt and said it will get bad if we don’t leave and when I called to ask for his manger his hung the phone up on me as a black male I felt offended and discriminated against. I usually have good things to say about this tobacco store but today was truly a unpleasant experience.

The new young Black dude with glasses who sounds like a straight up stereotypical white nerd either has the worst customer service skills I've seen in a long time, hates his life, or was more interested in the white girl who was working with him at the time than he was in being a good customer service employee. They seem to know each other quite well. I almost felt like I was interrupting them...or like he specifically didn't want customers to be there. Very weird, uncomfortable vibe from him. I'll not go back while he's in the store. He seems like he needs a job working alone in a basement. Seriously.

Great employees, very educated. The owner is awesome as well. I just had the pleasure of meeting him on my last trip in. The whole staff is kind and ready to help if need be. I’ve brought many of my friends, and will continue to do so. This is the one shop where I’ve felt like they actually cared about me, and what I am looking for/need.
A few of the others in this area expect you to be in and out within the matter of 2 minutes. Thanks guys, for everything you do! Appreciate all of you.

I shop at this store weekly but won't anymore. Today,12/12/21, I purchased a pound of tobacco and a box of tubes. I had coupons for both, one was for $1.75 off the tobacco which I had just gotten at Cub Foods and doesn't expire until 2/15/22 the other was for $.25 off the tubes which came from a box of tunes and expires 12/31/22. They refused to honor either.

I went to the tobacco shop today, and the sign was flashing open. I noticed it was locked and saw a guy behind the counter touching his phone. I tapped on the door then to the sign but instead of coming to tell me anything he looked at me and then back down at his phone. I even stood there to see if he was going to come and say anything. If he was on break not even a hour after the store was open there should be a sign, this is bad customer service. I would consider hiring new people. I come here very often as it is close to work.
Side note: the owner is always very friendly.
