Nobody in the store seems to understand exactly what anybody needs as my order has been messed up multiple times along with other peoples orders. We ended up having to go over to vaporized on 51 to get our orders correct. Also, they can’t seem to answer a phone even after multiple calls, or list the correct working hours.

I purchase two devices one device cost me $79 not including the fluid and the battery that needs to be charged device leak fluid the whole time so much an whole bottle of liquid wasted my second device located on a on the shelf as sale merchandise unfortunately when I looked at my receipt they did not charge me the sale price but full price now I'm learning that is nothing Kaylee the manager false advertisement I don't recommend

Not only do their falsely advertise their salt-nic juice, and refuse to refund an unopened bottle when you see it not five seconds later, but the bigger woman there is the rudest human I’ve ever encountered. She is the reason none of my friends or family go there anymore. She literally cussed at me when I asked why their price of salt-nic was not what was advertised. I will continually tell everyone I can in my small town about how terrible they are. Also, I have proof of this exchange just for my own comedic purposes. :)

Great customer Service.. I purchased batteries for a security camera and thought maybe the batteries were faulty, they exchanged without incident.. Turns out My camera was faulty and nothing was wrong with the batteries.. Thanks so much for your courtesy and customer service..

Ethan Walters is hands down the BEST employee this store has working for them! His knowledge of the products and supplies is excellent. Ethan is always smiling and makes every customer feel welcome. My personal experience in this particular VW store was 5 star due to the fact Ethan Walters handled the entire experience. I will definitely return to this location for my vaping needs! I feel like the only negative I can share of my experience was Ethan had to handle multiple customers at one time and did not have additional staff help there on location (which I have seen this multiple times) however, I will add that Ethan managed and handled each customer with the same exact courtesy and respect individually. You would think with booming business you would be staffed and ready. Overall I think this place is going places if they continue to hire employees like Ethan Walters!

Went to the store about 7pm on a Tuesday. The employee was working with another customer, the employee didn’t acknowledge that I even walked in. When the employee finished with the customer transaction I had to wait 10 minutes to be waited on because they didn’t know how to use the vape they bought.(the customer said) do you want to wait on them first the employee replied no I work with one customer at a time. That’s very very bad customer service!!!!

They’re a JOKE! Went in to get a puff bar which said was 6.99 got up to the register turns out it was 13.99 so I said go ahead. Get to my car and open it to try it and all it does is blinking like it’s out of juice already.. so I went back in to see if they could swap it out for me and she said “with it blinking I can’t do anything about it” and I said so that’s 14$ I just wasted and she said “yup” 🙄🙄🙄🙄 this is the aTHIRD one that’s done this. They won’t get my business anymore.

This is a high quality store! The manager is super helpful and nice and they have GREAT prices and it is very clean. I highly recommend this store!

Amazing shop with an excellent selection. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. My only regret is I cant give more than 5 stars.
