So I went in and bought a disposable. It was dead when I went to hit it in the store. I asked for a new one. They charged it for a minute and said it would be fine. LIES. it charged overnight and still won’t work. They won’t replace it or even refund my money. I won’t go back.

I love this place! The people are amazing! Always great customer service! They Double check everything is working and great shape before leaving store and always making sure your comfortable and they give you all the time to decide haha I am a very indecisive person so they make me feel so welcome :) so helpful!! every single time i come here there’s a sign posted on the door that they will “be back in 15” and after waiting 30 min for someone to show up, no one does. today this sign was posted. showed up at 4:45 and still no one inside the store. terrible business. will never be back

To start, I had to wait for the employee to finish his phone call with his friend complaining about his schedule before he decided that a customer was important. After taking my ID, I'm over 45, I was denied being allowed to buy product for myself and my husband being told he'd have to come in himself and then he wouldn't sell even to me. No 3rd party sales I was told? Last I checked you only had to be 21 to purchase. He was rude and insinuated I could take my business elsewhere, which my entire family most definitely will from now on! They've lost our money and weekly business!

Amazing business! The manager is so helpful and takes the time to explain how different devices work and can properly help set a device up while explaining different tips and tricks. It's nice coming to a vapor shop where things are explained for first timers. I've been here quite a few times now and can honestly say the team they have working for them is hard working and focus more on good customer service instead of rushing you to pick things out and leave you clueless.

For the last 8 years I've been using vape 100/ vapor world. They have lost my business. Vapor world/ vape 100 even went as far as recommending I go to NU2U to fix their mistake since they couldn't exchange the coils that I had purchased from them.(5 minutes had elapsed) So my advice would be to head over to NU2U. Friendly, knowledge, and they stand behind their products, unlike this place.

For the past 10 visits or so Sarah has been the sole person working the counter. My previous 10 trips were 10 different people. Sarah does a great job explaining their products and is very knowledgeable of everything they carry. Will definitely return again.

Products are available cheap per than most other vape stores don't really agree with the ID thing going in the door since I'm 47 years old but it's okay I understand very friendly employees no music playing though if I had music to listen to I'll probably would have stayed a little longer and purchased more items hint hint
