Just bought a strawnana Novo 6000 vape 3 Days ago on 3/15/23 yet my vape is already burnt out?
I also called the store about it & the older woman that answered the phone .. her response, was a very rude UHH, Sorry. I said something about the way she talked to me & she hung up on me. So I guess I just spent $21 for no reason ??

Second time Ive recieved a dud vape pen from this store. Considering they dont offer exchanges. Im no longer purchasing products from an establishment that takes pride in stealing customers money.
For the record, it worked when i tested it at the store. As soon as i got home it wont charge and nothing comes out with a hit.
And this is the second occurance with two different brands.

Everything is easy to see and the employees can tell you special deals and discounts on products upon request. Everyone I've met working there is non judgmental, understanding, and helpful whenever I go in. It's the best place in town for your needs without a doubt.

I called and spoke with a kind woman asking a few questions, she correctly directed me that they indeed carried the product I was looking forβ¦.simplistic. No run around!!!
