Every time I come here I am always greeted with a smile and it’s very welcoming. The staff, especially Hishim (spell check) and Allen, are always so patient and willing to answer my questions. They’re very knowledgeable and I always feel comfortable with my purchase. Bonus today, they offered water and snacks!! I will always chose this shop as my go to place!

It was my first time at this shop and I have to say that I was quite impressed. I know it has been there for several years and I have been to their website but had not yet made any purchases online either.
The store is as exactly advertised. Clean everywhere and everything is visible with no obstructive view of their products. The staff is very friendly and willing to answer questions and assist you with anything you may want to look at.
I like the fact that they have a dog in the store that does keep a watchful eye on patrons of the business and it appears that one of the staff has a license to carry, which was displayed on his person. Seeing this actually made me feel a bit safer.
If I were to have a need to purchase any other tobacco products, I would definitely go back and recommend this establishment.

I love this shop!!! They always take the time to make their patrons feel welcomed! They are also knowledgeable about all of the items that they sell. Quite similar to a cigar store experience. It's the Smoke shop that has the variety and warmth in greeting that makes me want to go back! Kudos!

Moved up to KC from Florida and stopped into this shop just to see what they had in stock. I couldn't have been more impressed. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. I told them I was just looking. I finally found a piece that made it worth my while. The clerk came over and peaked my interest even more telling my every little specification from how to use it and set it up to cleaning and maintaining my piece. I had no choice but to buy this amazing piece. Then when I came back the next day to get a new bowl for my piece and the clerk remembered me by name greeting me once again and remembered what piece I bough and was very insightful in helping me find my bowl. Great store excellent service very resourceful 10/10 would come again

Main smoke shop is the best smoke shop I’ve been to while living here! Lily and Allen are awesome! They help me whenever I have questions and always greet me whenever I come in! Would definitely recommend if your in KC!
