If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Not once have I had a good experience at this vape shop. I used to live by Springfield and always had beyond amazing service at that location. The locations (2) in St. Robert are AWFUL! I much rather (and have) drive to Springfield for great customer service rather than deal with any of them.

Tyler has always been the one to help me find all my vape products and has been very helpful every time I come in. I would personally recommend him as a person to go to, because of his knowledge about the different devices and the different flavors of juices. He will help you get all set up and make sure you know all there is to know about your device. He is a wonderful employee and I will be using him again. Everyone in this store has been super helpful and I appreciate all that they have done to help me meet my wants and needs.

Went on a Sunday and they where completely closed down on Sundays so I couldn't walk in. These kind of stores in main locations should have employees and be open 7 days a week. My opinion

The store has great vibes and the people were really helpful but I ended up buying ignite disposals after It was recommended to me by staff I opened the first one up shortly after leaving to find that straight out of the package it was dead Iām very upset I wasted my money

Just the worse vape shop. I've never been to a vape shop that doesn't want their customers to hangout and work on their vapes watch TV just chill. Very unwelcoming environment clerks have absolutely no vape knowledge won't be returning.
