I had some issues with a product from this store. I had to go back a couple of times to replace the product. Due to store policy the employees couldn't help me any further so I contacted store management by writing them an email on their site. Almost immediately I was contacted by the owners mother (my understanding) Debby. She was just absolutely wonderful and rectified the problem! All I wanted was properly working CBD and thats exactly what I got :) this shop is amazing and I would recommend 110% I bought a cartridge and not only did it taste wonderful (watermelon flavor) the CBD was very fast acting. Keep it up!

The staff is amazing. Everyone I’ve spoke with is super friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate time they take to explain how products works, what would be to my best benefit, and of course answering all of my questions. The products are great and have immensely helped with my chronic pain. Definitely recommend.

The ONLY reason for one less star is that the males that helped my mom and I buy 5 previous bottles didn’t tell us they had a loyalty program. The female that helped me get this last bottle for my mom had mentioned it and asked if we participated. Well, we are now! The rest of the stars are for the quality of product working for my moms pain, the cleanliness of the unit, the pricing is pretty decent and pretty much matches elsewhere, convenience of location, and ample parking. Thank you so much, Alex!! You’re our fave now! We’re definitely returning :)

Staff is sooo friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I love that I have met customer service team members in the store along with management. Truly a team and the product is the only I buy!!

My first visit was a little stressful because didn't know much about Cbd and one of the staff was compassion and respectful with my struggles with my mental illness son, but the other staff not so much and she was more interested in selling it and get me out of the door. I am happy with theirs products for my son which is the exotic cake, and the cloud 9 cbd syrup for sleeping. I am upset now because the staffs didn't offer or explain to me the Stamp card in my first visited and based on the amounts of moneys I spend in my first visit ,I
should had gotten a stamp in the card and start saving money because this is my third time back buying theirs products. I only found out about it because I saw an another customer mentioned that, so I asked for it in my third time Visiting the store. I felt that the younger lady didn't want to tell me much about it.
