Update: I've changed my rating now to 4/5 stars. The reason for the -1 star is because this was still a bit of a pain, HOWEVER...
After I posted the below review, I was reached out to by a different manager for Sacred Garden. K was extremely pleasant, apologetic, and endeavored to make things right. Which she did. She told me she'd place a $50 credit on my account if I decided to come back in and give them another chance.
At first I demurred, but after talking to some folks I decided to go ahead and redeem the credit, so at least to be made whole.
I got to see how the dispensary is set up, and it is incredibly pleasing to the eye. Beautiful displays and the product is professionally placed.
I asked for a 1g cartridge, knowing it was over my $50 credit and fine with paying for the difference. I had my card out, but K swooped in and comped my entire transaction.
The cartridge is from a trusted brand, but it's still performing well. I'm highly satisfied with the level of above-and-beyond service I received once the situation had been made clear to the correct people. It still would have been best avoided entirely to begin with, but it was made right, I am satisfied, and I have been ensured that store policy will reflect that in situations like these, patients be properly cared for.

Medical patient. I've been here twice. Once to scope the place out and talk to the bud tenders a little, and once to buy some medicine to try at home. I go for concentrate, personally. It's the most effective means of delivery, has little odor, and tastes amazing.
Usually.
I got two types of concentrate. I believe they were live resin (I've since thrown out the packaging). They were both cross-strains. And they were, hands down, the most disgusting things I had ever tried to smoke. And I've scraped resin, folks, which isn't pretty.
If this were water or food, I would call it inedible. Undrinkable.
I called Sacred Garden, told them of the issue, and even spoke to a manager there. While the conversation remained pleasant, and they did put a discount of an unspecified amount on my account for a future purchase, they said that there was nothing they could do for an exchange.
Now I'm out approximately $50 for some stuff that was absolutely the harshest, most chemical-laden concentrate I'd ever tried to dab. They claim it passed all state regulations, but sometimes things are a bad batch. But I say you need to make your patients whole when things like this happen. $50 is a lot of money to most of us, and I'm not going to risk another $50 (with, perhaps, a 10% discount) when the first attempt was so bafflingly gross.
2 stars out of 5. The people are sweet and nice, but the policies are subpar and the product is worthy of the toilet.

I love these guys! Weekend deals are the best! Sacred Garden has a huge selection in all sorts of variations. Every weekend sales happen bring concentrates to a reasonable cost. Great location and cant beat the best smoke shop right next door, Alemeda Smoke Shop! You two make the best double spotted smoke shop/cannabis tenders in the area!
