I went in because I wanted to get the 2000mg cream for my grandmothers neuropathy since chemo, I’m an easy customer. I walked in and nobody was in the store, at all. I mean nobody was working, nobody was shopping, but it was open. I walked back and peeked in the office to see if there was anyone there and nobody, so I checked another small dark room, nobody. I yelled hello?? Is anyone working here?? And no response. The place was wide open with literally nobody to sell me the cream. But there was a Tim Hortons iced tea and bag on the counter. I don’t know, maybe put up a sign or something that you had to run out for a minute? It’s a Saturday, those are usually busier days for sales, and someone could’ve stolen something, or everything!? Lucky it was someone with integrity that came in. I won’t try to shop there again.

I’m a first time shopper. Persephone is very Knowledgeable and very helpful. The store is immaculate and I just love the product. Within 15 minutes the water soluble started working and it eased up my pain. I am definitely coming back and will be a loyal customer.

We walked in the first time and were met with pleasant scent and bright open space. There was a lot of information available and we learned a lot. We tried the full spectrum lotion and it really worked well in just 10 minutes!
