Broadway Smoke Shop and CBD & Kratom Store

The opposite of catering to customers needs. Went in got a disposable which did not taste as the typical product does, instead having a stronger taste of glycol over the grape and the ice. Went back same date and was told there's no exchange policy, that I would've had to try it in the store even though I was sold a defective product. Never buying here again

Been in the neighborhood 5 years and I JUST found this place. I bought an alt-juul cartridge I’ve purchased in other states as well as New York and the cost was 5 dollars cheaper than anything I’d come across. And the man behind the counter was a pleasant helpful guy. As good as you’ll find.

Never left a google review before but felt it necessary in this case. Got sold a faulty coil that only lasted a day and when I tried to let the staff member know I got told that I must have done something wrong and that it was my fault not his. I bought a new coil and he yelled at me and insulted me through out the transaction. At the end I wished him well and left the store. Needless to say I won’t be going back. Would give a zero star rating if I could. Also everything is over priced but to be fair most places are here in the city.

I’m not gonna lie... my man Zee is the best. I been here more than enough times and he had actually went out his way with the customer service. I was having a hard time with my setup and he was very patient and even came to the next corner where I was smoking to fix it for me lol.

They try to evoke sympathy by blaming store problems on a girl who they then fired a couple weeks later. But now it's even worse! Now they charge different prices for different people. Horrendous, disrespectful customer service with no real knowlege of certain products they sell (especially the ones with the greater potential for abuse). Go somewhere else. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Don't let them get away with this thievery.

I’m giving this smoke shop 3 stars because I do like what they are selling, hours, and their locations, HOWEVER I went to the broadway location to purchase the replacement glass tank part of my Smok vape pen. They claim to to offer the lowest possible prices. I was charged $10.17 for one, EBay charges 1 pc at $1.40 or 4 pcs at $4.99. I don’t work at another smoke shop, I’m just giving a straight up review. I will check my other sources and suggest others do the same before buying at these smoke shops.

I really like coming to this location. Even now, I moved to Atl & I still come back when I’m in town. Zee Always shows good customer service and genuinely makes an effort to assist customers. Good guy, good place. Always love. Thanks Zee

Left my Jupiter Ccell battery at home, needed a replacement. Picked this place out of the random Google hat and was quite impressed. Considering that NY has JUST become a medical 420 state the options for us aren't grand. However having shops as such becoming more prevalent makes our equipment and tool searches easier.

Chick charged me $7.99 for each coil when I purchased a pack of 3. I want to speak with the manager because that's wrong!!! A pack of 3 coils costs $21. I purchase a lot of products from the Dyckman store and don't appreciate being overcharged at the Harlem store.

The girl that had helped me was very nice, patient, extremely helpful to me and informative & had a lot of knowledge about the CBD section that i was mainly interested in and i would definitely recommend & i am for sure going to be back!
